How do I book a class at Arch?
Head to our Schedule page and you will find more information about all of our classes, with details of how you can purchase a class pack or membership.
I've never been to a class, what can I expect?
If it is your first time at the studio, please arrive 10 minutes early so your instructor can introduce you to the equipment and chat you through any concerns. All clients visiting the studio for the first time should book onto an Align class, which is our Beginner's class. New members should take part in at least four Align classes.
How long are your classes?
Classes are 45 minutes long.
Can I attend a class if I have an injury?
Yes, as long as you have had sign-off from a medical professional that you are safe to exercise. Please always let your instructor know about any changes to your health or fitness.
Can I attend a class if I am pregnant?
Yes, our instructors are pre and post-natal qualified, so will be be able to guide you through the necessary modifications. Please consult with a health professional and obtain their consent if you are starting Pilates for the very first time whilst pregnant.
Is there an age requirement for attending a class at Arch?
To attend a class at Arch, you must be over the age of 18.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance of the class you have booked, otherwise you will use your class credit.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
You need to have grippy socks to be able to take part in a class, which can be purchased at the studio. Otherwise, we recommend wearing fitted, breathable clothes that you're comfortable exercising in, and please make sure long hair is tied up to keep things smooth on the reformer.
You can bring water with you if you'd like.
